Hey, it's kinda weird if I told this. Well, eventually after I guess almost two weeks here in UPM, guess what I found out?? There's actually an oppurtunity to go out of the campus...so sayang I don't have my cam...damn the person who stoled it and never return...after quite a while of observation around and some of it which I heard from the others like my senior. For your information, the things that eventually drives many students want to go out of the college or campus is due to the fact that they wanna to find a more suitable place to eat. I found out that there is actually a small gate going out of the main campus leading to a place that is called 'Old Flat'. somewhere near the old flat actually has a place for the non-muslim to eat. Guess what, that place is packed with the chinese to eat, although the place is small( for ur info, it's actually opened by an old couple that have decided to open a stall next to their house at the ground floor of their flat.)the price of the food is rather cheap and affordable by students.one plate of nasi campur with 2 meats and 1 vege cost only rm3 or rm2.7...it's rather cheap as compare to the food sold in the main campus which cost us around rm4 with the same amount of food....but what can I do, I need to finish my credit inside the meal plan card...(it's compulsory for 1st year students to have the meal plan card.
Here's another thing that I noticed, lots of people including the senior have eventually told us that the food sold in our college's canteen doesn't taste nice. It's true...I've tested it before, no wonder the bussiness there kurang. You might wonder where we have our lunch or dinner( by the way, our faculty and colleges are far from the main campus...have to use bus)..so,there is actually an opening behind our faculty to enable us to go out thru the gate....guess what I found out outside, there's ample of shophouses selling foods and not only that food chains restaurant are also around at the area for example, KFC n Pizza Hut. So, you know why students like to go out when there is canteens at their block...figure it out...haha...
By the way, I've just found out one occurance and it eventually occurs to the students from Sabah or Sarawak ...most of them when contacted told me that they are sick...gosh,..can't believe...
P/S: hey, I would like to comment on one matter...'thank you' to those that still think that people from Borneo are still living on a tree...some more we are proven to be intelligence living on the grenery environment of Borneo.Much more healthier than you people do in Semenanjung...I enjoy living in lush green on a tree perhaps...
